An exquisite ramen shop utilizing local ingredients

Restaurant Kozakura is a popular spot known for its Tsugaru-style Chinese dishes and miso ramen made with fresh local ingredients. The miso corn ramen, in particular, boasts a superbly balanced flavor that makes you want to savor every last drop. It has garnered attention, even being featured in local newspapers, and the town's specialty, seiridaki hot pot, is also exceptional. It's a cozy place where you can enjoy delicious ramen in a warm atmosphere.

It is pleasant to be able to eat while looking at fresh vegetables in the cafeteria attached to the direct sales store. The sweet-smelling yellow corn soft serve has a natural sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. There is also a Mont Blanc soft serve that allows you to enjoy the flavor of chestnuts, and I ended up ordering it again. The tempura rice bowl topped with freshly fried tempura is crispy, and the rice goes down easily. The miso ramen served in a large bowl has a rich miso flavor and a nice crunch from the vegetables, making it popular among those around me as well. I was satisfied to fully enjoy the deliciousness of local ingredients in the lively atmosphere unique to direct sales.
