Our aged meat is aged on the bone in the New York style, just like high-end steakhouses such as Wolfgang and Peter Luger in the United States! With a mild texture, the deep umami that bursts forth with each bite allows you to enjoy the pleasure of 'biting into meat.'
Wrapped in prosciutto are seasonal fruits and mascarpone cheese. A half size is also available for 550 yen.
