At a traditional okonomiyaki restaurant in Ako, the interior has a comforting atmosphere. The specialty oyster okonomiyaki can be ordered with or without noodles, and I was excited to see the generous serving of oysters. The plump oysters are rich in flavor, and when combined with the savory sauce, the taste of the sea is strongly felt. The cabbage is steamed, enhancing its sweetness, and it blends beautifully with the batter and noodles, creating a rich texture. The staff are friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable experience even for first-time visitors. There are many other intriguing menu items, and it's easy to understand why this place is loved by the locals.
