The spicy broth, infused with the umami of pork, can be adjusted to your preferred level of 'sour spiciness' by adding chili oil or vinegar! If you mix in a soft-boiled egg... spicy + sour + creamy = addictive! For the finishing touch, pour the broth over white rice and enjoy every last drop.
