I was surprised that there were smoking seats in a non-smoking area, and the smell was not an issue. The soba was cooked just right, and the flavor of the broth was strong and delicious. The service was smooth, and there was no stress from waiting, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. There are sofa seats where families can relax and spend time comfortably. It's also nice to have a menu with options for both hot and cold dishes. The appetizers are plentiful, and you can enjoy items like squid sashimi and deep-fried seafood skewers.

Tsugurao" has created 10 "sake tasters" and an even higher level of knowledgeable employees called "Sakasho". We have decided to start a "Sake Course" in the hope that everyone in the community will use sake as a starting point for more enjoyable conversation. We hope you will spend a pleasant time with the recommended sake of the day and appetizers as the main course.
