Upon entering, the atmosphere is calm, allowing for a leisurely time. The eel in the unaju is plump and tender, with an irresistible grilled finish. When I added the sauce from the table to my liking, it was pleasantly mild in sweetness and tasted even better. Adding the accompanying wasabi greatly enhanced the flavor, making it a perfect match with the eel. The rice was well-cooked with good grain separation, and eating it together with the eel brought a sense of happiness. The attentive service from the staff was also pleasant, and I was satisfied whether dining in or taking out.
