This is a takeout specialty for raw dumplings, and it is kind that it comes with a paper for cooking instructions. When cooked according to the instructions, the skin becomes crispy and fragrant. The inside is rich in flavor, and the crunchy texture of the vegetables feels great. The type with garlic has a punch, and the more you eat, the more addictive it becomes. The seafood shumai also has a thin skin with the aroma of shrimp and the crunchiness of bamboo shoots, which is very satisfying. Even when made at home, they cook beautifully, and everyone can enjoy them together.
