Kurobuta Ryori Ajimori

It is known as the originator of Kurobuta Shabu Shabu. The restaurant is proud of its black pork shabu shabu shabu, which is served in a unique way using bonito broth without ponzu (Japanese sauce made from dried bonito) or sesame sauce, allowing you to enjoy the original flavor and sweetness of the black pork. The chewy udon noodles can also be enjoyed together with the shabu shabu shabu.

Using carefully selected "Kagoshima Kurobuta" (black pork), we propose a way of eating that makes the most of the taste of the Kurobuta itself, offering tonkatsu, etc. on the first floor for casual dining, and "Kuroshabu" (black pork shabu) on the second floor in a private room for more relaxed dining. The restaurant serves Kurobuta with egg and broth so that customers can enjoy the original flavor and sweetness of the lean (meat) and white (fat) meat of the Kurobuta.
