The lively atmosphere makes you excited the moment you step in. There are counters, tables, and sunken kotatsu, allowing for a relaxed time. The staff is kind and carefully explains recommendations even for first-timers. The grilled gyoza has a crispy skin, and you can really taste the flavor of the bonito broth; it's delicious even without garlic. The offal is also very flavorful, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. There are many types of Kyushu cuisine and drinks, and it's nice that there are no appetizers.
