The interior of the restaurant is new and clean. The pork loin cutlet has a strong flavor of the meat, and the batter is light and crispy. The mille-feuille cutlet has beautiful layers and is juicy with every bite. The table sauce is smooth and has a bit of a kick, and adding lemon makes it refreshing. The sharpness of the mustard is excellent, and it goes well with rice. The attention to detail with barley tea and wet towels is appreciated, and you can enjoy your meal while watching TV.
