Enjoy the atmosphere of a traditional house and exquisite sweets

cafe1518 is a café that offers a variety of galettes and seasonal menu items in a calm atmosphere that makes use of a traditional house. In particular, the handmade pudding parfait and anmitsu desserts are subtly sweet and have an adult flavor. They pair excellently with dishes like lotus root curry and hamburgers, allowing for a pleasant experience. One of the charms is the engawa seating, where you can relax and enjoy the view outside while basking in natural light.

As I opened the door of the old folk house and took off my shoes, a nostalgic atmosphere spread out, making me feel excited. There were cute-sized tables and seats on the engawa (veranda), and I felt relaxed no matter where I sat. I chose a chewy galette and was very satisfied with the combination of crunchy vegetables, tuna, and avocado. I also had a bite of my friend's tomato and lotus root curry, which had a nice crunch from the lotus root and a gentle aroma of spices. The homemade pudding parfait had soft pudding, layered with vanilla, banana, and caramel, creating a delightful sweetness. I was able to spend time leisurely while listening to music flowing from a gramophone speaker, and it was so comfortable that I almost forgot the time.
