Un stand de brochettes et de tempura situé dans le quartier de Mikuracho à Kanazawa. L'intérieur du restaurant, avec des places au comptoir et des sièges de type horigotatsu, est attrayant grâce à sa cuisine ouverte et dégage une atmosphère nostalgique. Les brochettes de crevettes et de courge, entre autres, sont à un prix abordable de 100 yens chacune, et il est possible de les emporter. Je vous recommande également de goûter à notre boisson originale « Sorbet Sour », qui se boit en faisant fondre de la glace.
