Fascinating New World A friend of mine invited me to show you around the New World during GW! I've always been curious about New World, but... I'm very grateful for the offer, because I don't get a chance to go there very often. We gathered at 3:00 p.m. and headed for Tatsuya! I had been curious about Tatsuya since it was famous for its cheap and tasty horumon nabe (hormone hot pot) when I first started to use an eatery log! My friend also wanted to go here, so I'm glad she made a very nice choice! When we arrived at the restaurant, there were already about 10 people waiting for us... I had heard it was popular, but I guess it's hard to get in without standing in line. Waiting in the blazing sun... After waiting for about an hour, we finally entered the restaurant. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and table seats, and it looks very old. The menu tags are faded and sepia-toned... Nostalgic in a way... Of course, what to order! Horumon nabe for one! One portion is enough for two people, and that's what the restaurant is telling us! And while waiting for the pot to boil, let's wait for it to cook! These bean sprouts taste like garlic, or maybe a little bit of ajinomoto? It's a nice seasoning! The main dish of hormone nabe is simmering! We skipped lunch, so we are starving! The ingredients are cabbage, bean sprouts, tofu, kimchi, and hormone mix meat! The soup is a little sweet soy sauce based and a little tangy because of the kimchi! The sweetness and spiciness of this base soup is addictive! The hormone is also very good! Add some Chinese noodles to finish! With this soup, I think noodles would go well with it instead of rice porridge! I think it would be better if you dip a raw egg in the soup to mellow it out. It's delicious this way too! With additional drinks and meat, it was just over 2,000 yen for the two of us! That's too cheap! I'll stand in line for this! I want to come back here to eat again! Please take me to the next restaurant!

📍Osaka Shin-Imamiya [Tatsuya 3.64 🏅 on the food log The restaurant is located in Shinsekai, Osaka. Tatsuya is a popular restaurant in Shinsekai, Osaka! I went there before noon, but there was a line because it's a popular restaurant 👬. The price of Hormone Nabe is 900Yen per person. 🙆‍♀️ (I heard it used to be cheaper...) It wasn't spicy but it was delicious! I want to go here again when I tour Shinsekai 😋.
