In a cozy izakaya style, the atmosphere is lively and fun from the moment you enter. The crunchy and fresh vegetable bagna cauda can be enjoyed with both anchovy sauce and miso sauce, making it the best. The salmon and cream cheese pâté has a wonderful aroma and is perfect as a snack. The raw tuna seasoned with salt highlights its umami, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture is irresistible. The combination of seaweed and avocado has a creamy texture, with sesame oil providing a nice accent. The drinks, including sangria and sake, are plentiful, and even the peperoncino with plenty of shirasu (whitebait) is highly satisfying.
