The interior has a traditional atmosphere, with tatami rooms and tables, as well as kotatsu, making it a relaxing place. The warmth of the fire creates a cozy environment where you can spend your time leisurely. The plum udon, which contains whole plums, allows you to add ginger yourself, enhancing the aroma. The thick noodles of the okirikomi are simmered slowly, providing a sense of satisfaction. The gyoza topped with plum sauce has a good balance of acidity and filling, giving it a refreshing mouthfeel. The fragrant roasted sweet potatoes and the grilled rice cakes with a hint of butterbur are also delicious, making it perfect after a walk by the plum trees.
