The aroma of charcoal is very pleasant, and I get excited every time I grill. The flavor of the Joetsu beef, whether it's the short ribs, loin, or skirt steak, is rich and pairs perfectly with white rice. The cuts are beautifully presented and thick, resulting in juicy grilled meat. The rice is fluffy and complements the meat well. The seating is spacious, and the staff is friendly. You can also enjoy kimchi, namul, stone-grilled bibimbap, and soup, making for a high overall satisfaction.
