Our most popular menu item. Grilled Miyazaki Prefecture's local chicken over high heat.
Nagasaki specialty!! Thick and juicy with a satisfying bite!!
A dish crafted with heartfelt dedication by the head chef from scratch. An exquisite dish that perfectly balances moderate saltiness and sweetness! Our staff will finish it to your preferred level of doneness right in front of you.
We use three types: lean meat, marbled meat, and mane.
Authentic offal hot pot made with domestic beef offal shipped directly from Kagoshima Prefecture
A very popular signature menu item, this is a modified version of the domestic beef offal hot pot that can only be enjoyed here. Please be sure to try the Hakata specialty garlic chive offal hot pot!!
This is the popular No.1 new menu item, filled with plenty of ingredients, black pork grilled dumplings.
The deliciousness of domestic beef pairs perfectly with the refreshing ponzu sauce.
The aroma of Hakata green onions and the compatibility with steamed chicken is excellent. It pairs perfectly with alcohol, and since it's smaller in portion than a regular salad, you can enjoy it as a snack!
A proud dish carefully prepared from scratch at our restaurant. We will grill it to your preference right in front of you.
We put ice cream in castella!
