The interior has a style where you take off your shoes, and the sunken kotatsu seats are very comfortable. The shabu-shabu made with Chami pork has a sweet, fluffy fat, and the richness of the lean meat is delightful. First, enjoy it with salt, and then change the flavor with ponzu, sesame sauce, or yuzu pepper, and you won't be able to stop. Vegetables like lettuce and radish pair well, and you can also enjoy udon as a closing dish. Finally, the staff prepares a rice porridge, which is surprisingly delicious. There are private rooms for a relaxing atmosphere, and the meat-wrapped rice balls are also very satisfying.
