Tokai Noodle Stagrammers Networking Party: Nara-Kyoto (1) 🚗 with with with three Ms.🚗 Mr. Ms.🚗 with We went 🍜→🍜→🍰→🍰→🍰→☕️→🍜 tour in Kyoto & Nara🌷✨ : : : : 〜Chuka-Soba-Oshinomiya〜 : : : : ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ 5-4-30 Shijo-oji, Nara City 10 minutes from Dorogatsuji station ☀️ 11:00-14:00 🌙 18:30-21:30 >>Sunday 11:00-15:00 💤 Monday, Sunday (🌙) Seats 💺 18 (including 10 at the counter) 🚭 7 & 4 seats 🅿️ 7 & 4 units ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ : : : : The first restaurant is 🚗💨, which was trained for 5 years at a popular restaurant in Osaka and opened independently in 2017/01... : : : : : 1st restaurant is a popular restaurant in Osaka. : : 🍀Soy Sauce Soba (💴780) The noodles are medium thin and chunky, made by Mikawaya in Tokyo, The soup is made from 100% whole chicken, The soy sauce is a combination of four different types of soy sauce based on Nara City's Igeta soy sauce. Igeta soy sauce is a naturally brewed soy sauce that takes two years to brew, The depth of the soy sauce is clearly expressed, while the acidity asserts itself, creating a wave of aroma and lingering flavor. Oysters and kelp are used in the soy sauce, and their sweetness deepens the umami, The sweetness of these ingredients deepens the flavor and makes the noodles easy to be entangled in the sauce. The topping of chashu pork was also large and tender 🌷. : :. The deep and rich umami, the strong impression of the aroma from the soy sauce and other ingredients, and the good compatibility with the noodles, It was a cup that I could be immersed in the afterglow for a while. I also had a sip of the shio (salt) and it was also good. Thank you very much. Thank you :) :
