The lunch omakase course consists of chawanmushi, tomato tofu, various sushi, grilled anglerfish, tempura, soba, and milk pudding, and it offers the best taste with fresh ingredients and exquisite cooking. In particular, the temperature of the sushi rice and fish is maintained at 36.5 degrees, the same as body temperature, to achieve the best flavor.

The sushi restaurant, decorated with luxurious and sophisticated interior, offers various seating options such as open tables and private rooms, making it suitable for various purposes like dates and business meetings.

Sushi Ryoko is an omakase specialty restaurant that has been continuously selected in the Blue Ribbon Survey from 2019 to 2025, and it has established itself as one of the top restaurants in the Bundang area.

Owner chef Jung Soo-young has over 20 years of experience in Japanese cuisine and has a philosophy that values the temperature of sushi and the original flavors of the ingredients, based on his experience working as a sous chef at the Fairmont Hotel in Singapore.
