The Taste of the Past @ Hanshin Department Store Snack Park｜Eat delicious food and be happy♪ Snack Park opened again in June in the basement of Hanshin Department Store! Snack Park, or Snapa for short, which regrettably closed in 2015 I used to frequent this place when I was a kid. I went there to soak up a bit of nostalgia since the restaurant has been revived! This is my first visit to Snapa since it opened. It's so beautiful and far from the dingy atmosphere of the old days! This is what I'm looking for! The original Choboyaki! Menu: Choboyaki and Takoyaki Choboyaki is said to be the original takoyaki. It is made with ginger, green onion and konnyaku, and is not rounded but remains square! There were a few people in line, but the turnover was fast and I was able to buy one right away! Choboyaki regular: 160 yen per piece The pokopoko (bits and pieces) are just like the ones I used to eat! Freshly baked, so it's hot! The inside is soft and fluffy, and the sauce is just the right amount of sweetness, perfect for when you're hungry! I haven't had it in a while, so I thought, "Ah, this! I haven't had it in a while, so I couldn't remember what it was like! It's been so long since I've had it that it's hard to remember what it was like. But I definitely had this when I was a kid! But there was an old man baking them since I was a kid! I'm a little surprised! There are still a lot of places to eat at Snapa that are very appealing! It's convenient for a quick stopover, when you don't have much time, or when you're hungry! I know what I'm going to eat next! I'll be back for more! Thank you for the food.
