Deep Ousama is a newly opened Indian and Nepalese restaurant in Koiwa. The chef utilizes experience from hotels and high-end establishments to offer delicate flavors. The interior has a relaxing atmosphere, and the friendly service is delightful. Highly recommended dishes include the spicy and juicy mutton sekwa made with lamb, and the fluffy naan, which are particularly popular.

Upon entering, the atmosphere is calm, and you can relax immediately. The staff is very kind, and the service is attentive. I especially love the soft naan that is baked to perfection; its aroma is irresistible. Both the butter chicken and mutton masala curries are delicious, and you can request adjustments to the spiciness. The dal curry has a gentle flavor, and I was satisfied with the salad and mango lassi as well. Sometimes, you can encounter mutton skewers and even see Nepali dance performances, making for a fun time.
