The interior is cozy, with a counter and small tables that create a relaxing atmosphere. The cutlet has a light and crispy batter, and the sauce is not overpowering, making it a perfect match with the rice. The rice is slightly firm, providing a pleasant texture that makes it easy to eat. The tempo from ordering to serving is smooth, and I am impressed by the speed. There are bowls where you can enjoy both cutlet and shrimp together, and generous portions to choose from, making it fun to select. You can see the cooking process, and you can change the flavor with the pepper and shichimi on the table, so you can enjoy it without getting bored until the end.
