The location is easily accessible on foot from the station, and there is a large illuminated menu above the entrance that lifts your spirits. The interior is spacious, featuring a long counter and a raised tatami seating area, creating a pleasant Showa retro atmosphere. It was crowded, but there was a friendly vibe among the customers that allowed us to find a seat. They offer local beers and sake from Okayama, and we enjoyed Dappo and Gozen sake. The side dishes are mostly from the Setouchi region, and we savored the simmered mackerel, chicken vinegar, and duck with green onions. There are also menu items like fried tofu and salt yakisoba, allowing for a relaxing experience in a lively yet warm atmosphere.
