We have prepared a course full of delicious flavors to celebrate the opening of our restaurant! The 8-course menu offers a rich variety of dishes, from appetizers using seasonal ingredients, to kama-yaki (grilled mackerel) with fatty fish, to a choice of nabe (Hakata-style motsu nabe or chicken salt chanko nabe). You can also enjoy the chef's special salad and fresh seasonal fish.

From appetizer to sweet, we use an abundance of seasonal ingredients to satisfy your senses with a trinity of taste, aroma, and appearance. Starting with seasonal appetizers, this luxurious course offers a taste of Kyushu's delicacies all at once, including fresh fish shipped directly from the region, horse meat shipped directly from Kumamoto, fried and char-grilled Satsuma chicken, and Hakata's famous motsu nabe.
