Exquisite Bento Enjoyed with the Aroma of Charcoal-Grilled Fish and Tsuyahime Rice

Charcoal-Grilled Fish Bento Specialty Shop Sabahachi focuses on bento featuring expertly grilled mackerel and hokke, cooked to order over charcoal. The fragrant aroma of charcoal and the rich, thick fish are perfectly seasoned, making it a popular choice that pairs well with locally sourced Tsuyahime rice. The large fillets are easy to eat with minimal bones, and customers can enjoy freshly made meals either in-house or as takeout.

The fish grilled over charcoal has a wonderful aroma and a deliciousness that cannot be replicated at home. Takeout is the main option, and there is a waiting area provided, which is reassuring. The mackerel is thick and moist, with outstanding flavor, making it very satisfying. It is served with grated daikon, which gives a refreshing aftertaste. Since it takes a little time for the grilling to finish, it's smooth to call ahead and order before going. It's also fun to choose from options like salmon, hokke, grilled chicken with salt, and other items based on your mood.
