Myeongryun Sonkalguksu

Myeongryeon Sungkalguksu is a Korean restaurant featuring handmade noodles, and is especially known for its suyuk (thick slices of pork), which is delicious and moderately fatty. The fish pancakes are large, and the suyuk (pork) is also said to be tastier than at other restaurants. The kalguksu (handmade noodles) is jagged in shape and fluffy in texture, and the soup tastes thicker and more refreshing than expected. Although the restaurant is only open for lunch, it is said to be worth a weekday lunch visit.
