The meat sauce has a gentle saltiness and a light aftertaste that pairs well with the noodles. The noodles for the spaghetti cutlet have just the right amount of chewiness and a generous portion. The cutlet, while not overly thick, allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat, which is satisfying. The American hamburger features meat on one side, and on the other side, there is a thick hamburger patty, a fried egg, potatoes, and green peppers, making it a fun dish. It's also nice that the large portion comes with extra meat sauce. There are table seats and raised seating, creating a lively atmosphere with customers coming in one after another, and the skillful cooking gives a reassuring sense of experience.
