A casual dining experience with rich-flavored Western cuisine

Kyomachibori SALON is a casual restaurant that is a delight for Western food lovers. The interior features an open kitchen, and the red and white checkered tablecloths create a simple yet warm atmosphere. The hamburger, in particular, is exquisite, with a juicy texture and a robust meat flavor that makes it worth a visit.

I had lunch at a restaurant I had been curious about. The hamburger was fluffy and cooked perfectly, with a strong flavor of the meat. The demi-glace was plentiful, and the crispy shrimp tempura paired perfectly with the tartar sauce. A vegetable soup was served first, and the salad was generous, providing a high level of satisfaction. The kitchen was visible, and the stylish dishes and glasses were lined up, with pleasant music creating a comfortable atmosphere. The rice was freshly cooked, and I was happy to know that they would accommodate refills if requested.
