In a calm Japanese-style space, there are seats divided by a counter and a noren (fabric divider), making it comfortable. The menu focuses on fish dishes, and the sakura shrimp tempura is light and fluffy with a delightful aroma. The horse sashimi and grilled horse meat from Kumamoto have no unpleasant smell and are very delicious. There are also many fresh chicken dishes, and the grilled shamo chicken thigh is perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper, complemented by yuzu pepper. The seasonal appetizer and the vinegared junsai (water shield) served as a starter are both carefully prepared, setting a positive mood from the beginning. The creamy draft beer and a selection of rare sake make for an enjoyable tasting experience.
