The interior is clean and allows for a calm seating experience. Even at the long tables, they provide partitions with roll screens, making it easy to relax. The signature tuna soba has a broth that is gentle in flavor, enriched by the umami of the tuna. First, you sip the soba with just the broth, and then when you add the diced tuna to the broth, it becomes creamier and easier to eat. After the meal, pouring in the soba water, the leftover tuna takes on a slight color and combines beautifully with the seaweed, which is delightful. Finally, squeezing lemon adds a refreshing touch, allowing you to enjoy various ways of eating it all at once, which was satisfying.
