Upon entering the restaurant, you can relax in an atmosphere where you take off your shoes, and the warmth of the wood stove is pleasant. The 100% buckwheat soba made from Fukui Prefecture's buckwheat flour is freshly made after you place your order, resulting in an exceptional aroma and texture. The cold soba with grated daikon and the cold soba with tororo (grated yam) pair well with the dipping sauce, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The thin yet chewy curry udon and the baked curry with melting cheese are also highly satisfying. Blended coffee and homemade cakes are available, allowing you to enjoy the moments after your meal as well. I felt that even the time spent waiting for delicious food while flipping through magazines is part of the charm of this restaurant.
