I was impressed to taste the finely sliced Hitachi Aki soba in a calm atmosphere full of local charm. The smooth texture and the strong aroma of the soba combined to create happiness with every bite. The offal stew I ordered on the side was simmered slowly, with no unpleasant smell and so tender that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The deep-fried yuba was crispy on the outside and had a delightful contrast with its creamy inside. The staff were discreetly attentive, making it a comfortable place for families to relax. With all seats non-smoking and a quiet environment, the restaurant is relatively spacious in the evening, providing a high level of satisfaction.
