Good day to you all! Today's menu is... This is Pyreness, which I visited when I was in Karuizawa the other day! Pyreness is a restaurant where you can enjoy fireplace dishes such as the meats and fish shown in the first picture seared in a chumine (fireplace)! We enjoyed the sophisticated food and drinks as much as we could! The food was unbelievably delicious and we had a wonderful time 😍. The vegetables were fresh and delicious, and most importantly, the semi-dried tomatoes in the 4th picture were delicious! 🤩 There is also a terrace and I would definitely go back to this restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful time 😊 Thanks for the treat!

The appetizer buffet was substantial. I went with my child, but the seasoning seemed a bit strong for them. I had the pasta, which was very delicious and I recommend it. I want to go again after getting hungrier.

It was a changeover system by the hour. The atmosphere was nice, but it was hot and glaring w the table we were shown to, as the sun was shining brightly. The various buffet items were all delicious. Especially the vegetable dishes including salads were good. The main course was aged meat, which tasted good but had a lot of stringy parts, which was disappointing compared to the one we had before. The cost performance may not be good, but considering it is an occasional event, it is acceptable.

We sat on the terrace and felt like we were at a resort with the refreshing breeze from Karuizawa. The sweetness of the fat and the degree of grilling were all excellent.
