Since its establishment, we have continued to pursue the traditional okonomiyaki. The policy of the long-established store 'Botedju' is to have a crispy surface and a fluffy inside. Using plenty of yam, this okonomiyaki with carefully selected ingredients is sure to surpass your imagination. It is a proud masterpiece baked with care by skilled specialists.
Akashi City in Hyogo Prefecture is a town where the Japan Standard Time Meridian Line passes through, with a blend of nature and history. It features Akashi Park with castle ruins and the world's longest suspension bridge, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. A local gourmet dish born in this area, 'Akashi Tamagoyaki' is a flavorful rolled omelette made with eggs, dashi broth, wheat flour, and octopus, cooked to a fluffy texture.
