A healthy dining space to enjoy Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine

Veggie House is an Oriental vegan restaurant that is a revamped version of the popular restaurant "Ryoryosai-kan" in Kinshicho. They offer healthy and pure Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine without the use of animal products or the five pungent roots. One of the attractions is the self-service buffet where you can freely enjoy a variety of vegetarian dishes. It's a stylish and nature-oriented dining space perfect for those with a natural lifestyle.

The interior is bright, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The menu mainly features Taiwanese vegetarian dishes, with a variety of meals that do not use meat or fish. I chose the daily lunch box, and when I had it topped with sprouted fermented brown rice and vegetable curry, the aroma was rich, and I couldn't stop eating. The soy meat in sweet and sour style and the vegetable-packed ramen were surprisingly rich, making it hard to believe they were plant-based. The larger vegetable shumai was fluffy, and even without sauce, the sweetness of the ingredients could be felt. The flavors are gentle and enjoyable even for non-vegetarians, and I recommend sharing various dishes with friends.
