The private room is calm and allows for a leisurely time. The course offers a variety of dishes, allowing you to enjoy local flavors all at once. The bonito grilled with straw for a fragrant finish and the thickly sliced sashimi left a particularly strong impression. The local beef sushi and grilled dishes are rich in flavor, naturally bringing a smile to your face. The drinks arrive quickly after ordering, and the staff is cheerful and pleasant. The udon to finish and the tempura of fish paste were also carefully prepared, leaving me satisfied until the very end.
