A specialty of Josui! This is Nakatsu's fried chicken!
This is fried knee cartilage. It goes well with alcohol.
We use tender and delicious breast meat that remains soft even after cooking. The Oita style is to eat it with homemade kabosu ponzu and mustard!
Our pride is the elegant white cloudy soup made by simmering chicken bones for a long time to extract the broth. Every year, we have many repeat customers. As an additional option, we have added breast shabu and thigh meat.
This is sashimi marinated in a slightly sweet soy sauce from Kyushu. It is complemented by ginger and sesame, making it a perfect dish to enjoy with shochu. Depending on the season, it may include yellowtail, amberjack, or greater amberjack.
Rice ball mixed with sweet and savory cooked chicken thigh and burdock. A specialty of Oita.
A dish made with the famous Ryukyu from Oita served in a bowl. You can enjoy it as chazuke if you like.
