In the hotel's main dining room, you can slowly savor a course-style French meal. While gazing at the ski slopes outside the window, you can enjoy your meal in a calm atmosphere. The flow from amuse-bouche to appetizer, soup, two dishes of fish and meat, and dessert is pleasant, and the bread is warm and fluffy. The saffron-scented soup enhances the sweetness of the onions, providing a comforting taste. The poached fish and sautéed scallops, as well as the fillet of Wagyu and Aizu beef, are carefully prepared and pair well with the wine. You can also enjoy a wine cellar stocked with selections from around the world and cocktails, ensuring satisfaction even with the coffee served after the meal.
