A hidden gem of a yakiniku restaurant known to those in the know

Nestled quietly in a residential area, Biwa Yakiniku is a renowned establishment frequented by actors and actresses visiting Kyoto. The interior is bright and clean, and the restaurant is run by female staff who are dedicated to the quality of the meat. The marbled beef, especially enjoyed with salt, is exquisite. Additionally, the offal dishes can be savored with a special sauce, attracting many repeat customers with their rich flavors. Enjoy a special moment at this homey yet high-quality yakiniku restaurant.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, but this was my first visit. The restaurant is very clean as its reputation suggests, and there are both table and tatami room seating. The meat was thick and all the dishes were delicious. There was a wide variety of drinks, and the ramen noodles at the end of the meal were excellent. I was told that my clothes did not smell too much, so I could enjoy it without worrying. I would like to go back to this restaurant.
