The restaurant is accommodating and responds flexibly when you express your wishes. They serve a variety of grilled fish in small portions, making it enjoyable to distinguish between horse mackerel, sandfish, Japanese sea bream, and baby sardines. The acidity of the lemon and the aroma of the shiso leaf spread gently, conveying the umami well. The sashimi of flounder has a mature flavor, and the engawa (flounder fin) is particularly impressive. The rolled sushi with dried gourd and tuna is also prepared with care, and they are open to discussing your preferences. Draft beer and strong highballs pair well, complementing the juiciness of the chicken nanban.
