A hidden gem for authentic Chinese cuisine on the corner

Chinese Shuugyoku is a hidden gem of authentic Chinese cuisine nestled in a residential area. The recently renovated, bright, and clean interior is filled with the energy of young staff. Every dish is delicious, with the fried rice and stir-fried beef with green peppers receiving particular praise.

It is located in a hidden spot and is not noticeable from the street, but finding it brings a little joy. Although it is close to the station, the entrance is somewhat difficult to find, and the feeling of going down the stairs is interesting. The pork soba has thin noodles with a firm texture that goes down smoothly. The spicy ramen, packed with ingredients, has a light chicken broth that blends with the flavors, making it delicious until the last bite. The green onion rice, with its combination of finely chopped green onions and chicken, is moist and satisfying on its own. If you pour a little soup over it and mix it with the soba ingredients, it turns into something like a Chinese rice bowl, adding to the enjoyment.
