I made a reservation and enjoyed mainly sushi at the counter. The ingredients were very fresh, and the sweetness intensified with each bite, making everything satisfying. The akou (a type of fish) and sea bream, along with the uni on top of the squid, were a perfect match. The sweet shrimp and red clam had a pleasant elasticity, and the salmon roe burst in my mouth. The hand rolls with plum and shiso, along with the fragrant seaweed, and the deep flavor of the red miso soup left me feeling happy until the end. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, and the fatty tuna and the edges were of very high quality, which made me very satisfied.
