It's interesting that the entrance is a cake shop, and beyond that, a moist space unfolds. The first appetizer, Kamenote, is visually intriguing and has a crunchy texture that is very delicious. The nigiri has a strong flavor of red meat and medium fatty tuna, and the balance with the modest rice is good. The sashimi platter is all fresh and pairs well with sake. The fried octopus suction cups have a bouncy texture that keeps you reaching for more. The cake is elegant, and the light cream and fluffy sponge are soothing.

The style of entering through the cake shop in front is interesting, and the interior has a comfortable atmosphere with soft music. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and both the sashimi and nigiri have a rich flavor. The nigiri is bite-sized and well-balanced, and the richness of the red meat and medium fatty tuna was irresistible. The unusual appetizers and the fried octopus suction cups also provide a fun texture and are very delicious. When I requested a simmered dish, they accommodated me, and the flavor was well-infused, which made me satisfied. The cake after the meal has a refined sweetness and is light and fluffy, allowing for a happy time combined with their meticulous craftsmanship.
