I found out about this place when I wanted to try Japanese fine dining style and stumbled upon it online. I was excited because I never experienced this before and it’s totally a new experience to me. The owner greeted us when we came and the atmosphere of the restaurant is peaceful. The dishes were all seasonal and it’s excellent. For those people who are not to unfamiliar to be served on hours ( meaning the chef will take his time to prepare the meal and serve it to you), make sure you’re not that starving before you came to the restaurant. Totally happy with the experience. If we will ever come back to Hiroshima, we will definitely come back.

This was our first visit in four years, and we had a wonderful time as before. All of the dishes were very tasty, with plenty of seasonal and Hiroshima-style ingredients, and the seasoning was very refined. The dishes were very tasty and elegant. The tableware and the wooden counter are beautiful, and the owner's personality is friendly and relaxed, making it a very enjoyable experience. I would like to visit this restaurant again every season. Thank you very much.

The best meal we had in Japan over three weeks. The chef served us with a perfect combination of flavors combined with detailed plating techniques for each course. The waiter was professional and precise. We loved the care in the details she had.

Comme d'habitude, j'étais très satisfait. Les ingrédients locaux, qui évoquent la saison, sont préparés avec élégance, ce qui m'impressionne beaucoup. J'attends avec impatience le plat de riz final, mais cette fois-ci, c'est des huîtres et des algues hijiki. Délicieux !

I wanted to enjoy seasonal dishes, so I came here, and once again, I was able to savor the flavors of early autumn. The fish was prepared in various ways and seasoned differently, and I enjoyed five types of fish very much. The meat was wild boar, but even for someone like me who is not very fond of game, it was a bone-in loin that I couldn't help but savor. The classic dish of rice with chestnuts, which is typical for this season, was also something I ended up finishing completely, despite being full. In any case, this is a place where I can enjoy new and delicious things, so I will definitely visit again.

Everything was carefully made and very delicious. Not only was it tasty, but I felt it was nourishing and provided about 3 to 4 days' worth of nutrition. My body was satisfied, not just my taste buds. I would like to come again from time to time.

Amazing food, very friendly staff with decent command of English. The dinner was composed in a way that, though we had eight not that small courses, we felt full and happy, but not too much so. Surprising, fresh, superbly presented dishes. The ambience is plain in a good sense of the word - it’s traditional and classy but does not distract from the main focus which is the food. Strongly recommend! You can have an amazing local, seasonal food experience without the stuffy atmosphere European fine dining usually provides and for half of the price you’d pay in Europe.
