As I pass through the noren, a gentle aroma of dashi lifts my spirits. The interior has a spacious feel, and the service is smooth. In addition to tonkatsu and fresh soba, there are many options including sashimi, grilled fish, and simmered fish. The soba has a fragrant aroma, the dipping sauce has a clear flavor, and the texture of the noodles is pleasant. The tonkatsu has a light batter, and the meat is thick and satisfying to eat. There is also a set meal that combines sashimi and grilled fish, and the portion is substantial, providing a satisfying experience.
