When I was guided in by a local friend, I found a shop with a calm atmosphere that felt like a hidden gem. The recommended gyoza releases a waft of garlic aroma the moment you open the box, instantly boosting your appetite. Inside the chewy skin is a filling primarily made of sweet vegetables, and the crunchy texture of the cabbage is delightful. It's delicious on its own, but adding a bit of the special sauce and chili enhances the flavor. The roasted pig's trotters are fragrant and free of any unpleasant smell, with a simple seasoning of salt and pepper that brings out the umami of the ingredients. The warm atmosphere created by the couple running the place makes it a cozy spot where you want to linger longer.
