Located on a high floor of the hotel, it has an open and calming atmosphere. You can enjoy the lively experience while watching the teppanyaki grill over the counter. The sounds and aromas of the meat cooking right in front of you are delightful, and the flambé presentation is impressive. The timing of the service and explanations are attentive, and the care for drinks is smooth. The very tender meat melts in your mouth, and the aroma of truffles is pleasant. The satisfaction extends to the rice, miso soup, and dessert at the end, allowing for a relaxed experience.
