This is an original potato salad born from the desire to create a 'delicious potato salad' that only a chicken restaurant can offer! It features a nostalgic flavor with a soy sauce taste, enhanced by the carefully crafted 'chicken soboro'! ① It contains the passion of the creator and the thoughts of the chef! ② The 'chicken soboro' has been meticulously crafted to complement the potato salad. ③ We use 'Hokkaido-produced Kita Akari' potatoes, which are carefully selected. ④ A perfect balance of ingredients to bring out the flavors of the materials!
This is our pride, the exquisite liver that we have meticulously refined countless times before it saw the light of day! The excellence is not just for show! Please verify it for yourself.
