The interior of the restaurant is bright and welcoming, with spacious table seating. The hall staff come to your table to take your order, making the process very smooth. The freshly made pasta that arrived hot was chewy, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The aged Hakata mentaiko cream has a creamy texture with a spicy kick that makes it addictive. The Japanese-style mentaiko combined with grated daikon, shiso, and seaweed is also aromatic and refreshing until the last bite. The salad that came as part of the set had crisp vegetables, which paired perfectly with the pasta.
